On the afternoon of April 15, a delegation led by Mr. Yuliot Tanjung, Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia, visited and conducted an inspection tour at the Xinyi Group Indonesia Industrial Park. The delegation also included Ms. Eniya Listiani Dewi, Director General of New and Renewable Energy, and Ms. Popy Rufaidah, Second Secretary of the Presidential Office.

The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Cheng Gang, General Manager of international Investment and Development of Xinyi Group and Regional Chief Representative of Xinyi in Indonesia; Mr. Cheng Haijun, Director of Xinyi Indonesia Industrial Park; Mr. Chen Guojun, Head of the Indonesian Automotive Glass Company; Mr. Wang Renchun, Head of the Indonesian Photovoltaic Company; and Mr. Fredy, External Affairs Manager of the Industrial Park, along with other company representatives. Both sides held a cordial and productive meeting.

During the meeting, Mr. Cheng Gang extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests and provided an overview of the investment scale, product portfolio, as well as the production operations and energy utilization of the Xinyi Indonesia Industrial Park since its commissioning. He also expressed sincere appreciation for the strong support from the Indonesian government and relevant authorities of the JIIPE Special Economic Zone.

Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the industrial park’s investment projects. Ms. Eniya Listiani Dewi and Ms. Popy Rufaidah spoke highly of Xinyi Group’s investments, noting that Xinyi’s photovoltaic industry, as an emerging local sector in Indonesia, will strongly support the country’s strategic transition toward renewable energy.

Deputy Minister Mr. Yuliot Tanjung carefully listened to the discussions and expressed full recognition of the industrial park’s current development. He also addressed the challenges encountered during the investment and construction process, offering practical solutions and guidance. Following the meeting, the delegation toured the photovoltaic glass production workshop of Xinyi Solar.
